How do I make a reservation?
New Clients: Prior to making a reservation, an in-home interview is required. As a courtesy, we will tentatively pencil in a client’s dates; however, we will not make a firm commitment to provide care without first assessing the Client’s/cat’s needs. During the interview, client will review and sign agreements. Note: additional consultations will be required if significant changes to the original contract need to be made (after moving to a new home, adding a new animal to the family, etc).
Repeat Clients: Client may make telephone/test/email reservations or submit a request using our on-line scheduling software.
Last Minute Reservations: We will make every attempt to accommodate a repeat client’s last-minute need; however, availability on short notice is not guaranteed.
