Do you help in emergency situations?
When we hear “emergency”, we do everything in our power to help.
Examples of client emergencies we’ve helped with:
- Received a call from a client whose father died two days before Thanksgiving. Her current cat sitter wasn’t available because it was a holiday weekend so we stepped in since we knew it was important for her to make the funeral.
- Received a call from a client who had booked her sitter for the Christmas holiday six months in advance but her sitter died three days before Christmas. We rushed over to do a meet and greet the same day so she could relax knowing her pets would be cared for in her absence.
On the other hand, lack of planning is not considered an emergency and we handle these requests accordingly. Our reservation deadline (seven days in advance) exists to ensure quality care is provided to all clients and and not using the system compromises our premium service.
